The Board of Berlin Township Trustees, pursuant to ORC 517.073 find Cemetery lot #2, section 51, Riverside Cemetery, purchased by Katherine Diehr on January 28, 1933 has 7 spaces that have not been used. Subject to Resolution #2025-05 this will be posted on Berlin Township web site for response from any heir claiming use of above spaces. 3-3-2026
There will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees on Monday 8-24-2026 @ 7:00 PM to award bids to pave Smokey Road.
Smokey Road Resurfacing Notice to Bidders
Berlin Township is accepting sealed bids for the resurfacing of Smokey Road. Bids will be received at the Erie County Engineer's Office until 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2026, and opened publicly the same day. Full bidding requirements, specifications, and submission details are available in the notice.
Township Meetings
Trustee meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7 pm and the third Monday of each month at 7 pm. If a scheduled meeting falls on a federal holiday, it will be moved to the following business day at the same time. All meetings take place at:
