BERLIN TOWNSHIP
ZONING HEARING
SEPTEMBER 14, 2026
The Berlin Township Board of Trustees will be holding a special hearing on October 5, 2026, at the Berlin Township Community Complex Center, 12101 State Route 61, Berlin Heights, Ohio 44814 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting is in regards to proposed changes to the Berlin Township Zoning Resolution to remove Data CENTERS as a principal permitted use in Article 22 (I-1) Service Industrial, Sub Section 22.1.7 Data Processing Center, Article 23 Light Industrial (I-2) Sub Section 23.1.8 Data Processing Centers and the proposed definition of Data CENTERS to be added to Berlin Township Zoning Resolution.
The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication and/or mail is Kathy A. Deehr, Clerk, Berlin Township Fiscal Officer.
The proposed changes and additions will be on display at the Milan-Berlin Library, 4 East Main Street, Berlin Heights, Ohio 44814.

Trustee meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7 pm and the third Monday of each month at 7 pm. If a scheduled meeting falls on a federal holiday, it will be moved to the following business day at the same time. All meetings take place at:
